| Marquette Management operates a training and development school called MSAM—the Marquette School of Advanced Management. Along with an electronic leaning platform that allows employees 24/7 access to an extensive amount of training material, the school through its Training and Development Coordinator (Christina Putman), offers a number of instructor led courses in technical skills as well as areas such as communication, accountability and community building. Additionally, each new employee goes through an extensive training program under the direction of their immediate supervisor and one Marquette’s approved Trainers/Mentors. The typical new employee training program consists of a three month long training process with a variety of tests, competency benchmarks, etc. |
